Rental Terms

  • Rental Rate: $75 NZD per week
  • Minimum Rental: 2 week
  • Security Deposit: Refundable deposit required (charged separately, released upon return)
  • Late Fee: $15 NZD per day after rental period ends
  • Delivery: Free courier delivery throughout New Zealand, or collect from our Milford location

How It Works

  1. Book Your Rental: Select your rental period and complete booking
  2. Security Deposit: We'll contact you to arrange the refundable security deposit
  3. We Ship to You: Receive your unit via courier (2-3 business days) with return label included
  4. Use & Recover: Follow the included instructions for safe, effective cold therapy
  5. Easy Return: Package securely and use the prepaid return label, or drop off in Milford
  6. Deposit Refunded: Your security deposit is refunded 5-7 days after we receive the unit in good condition

  • Never apply ice directly to skin
  • Monitor skin regularly during treatment (every 15-20 minutes)
  • Do not use while sleeping
  • Discontinue if skin becomes excessively numb or painful

Rental Conditions

  • Equipment must be returned clean and in good working condition
  • Normal wear and tear is expected and acceptable
  • You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period
  • Damage beyond normal wear may result in charges against your security deposit
  • Late returns will incur additional daily rental fees
  • Equipment must not be modified, sublet, or transferred to others

Each unit is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between rentals. We follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure you receive equipment in pristine condition. For your safety and ours, personal therapy pads are never shared or reused.

A: Minimum rental is 2 weeks at $150 NZD. You can extend week by week as needed.

Q: What if I need it longer than initially booked?
A: Contact us before your rental ends to extend. We'll charge additional weeks at the same $75/week rate.

Q: Do I need to clean it before returning?
A: Yes, please empty the water, wipe down the interior reservoir, and clean the exterior. Detailed instructions are included.

Q: What happens if I damage it?
A: Minor wear and tear is expected. Significant damage or missing components will be charged against your security deposit. We'll provide photos and itemized charges if needed.

Q: Can I pick it up instead of having it shipped?
A: Absolutely! We offer free pickup and drop-off at our Milford location by appointment.

Q: What type of therapy pad do I need?
